Coming soon

A recorded call goes here once Ava takes her first one.

We are not going to script one and call it real.

Sample call — coming soon. Until then the honest way to hear her is to press Talk to Ava and have a real conversation.

What you lose

The calls you never hear about are the expensive ones.

Move the sliders to your own numbers. Nobody misses zero calls — the question is what yours are worth.

Not every missed caller becomes a booking. We default to a cautious 40%.

Roughly what you’re losing each month

$2,286

An estimate, not a promise — it assumes Ava answers all of them, and it moves with the numbers you set. At $299 a month, Solvewell pays for itself if it saves you 3 bookings.

What’s included

Four things, running every day.

  1. 01

    Answers and books calls

Ava picks up on the first ring, day or night, and writes the appointment straight into your calendar. No voicemail, no hold music, no missed Saturday morning.

  2. 02

    Texts anyone you miss

If a call still slips through, the caller gets a text within seconds — before they scroll down and ring the place next door.

  3. 03

Asks happy clients for a review

A short text after the appointment, sent only to the people who actually turned up. More Google reviews without you ever asking in person.

  4. 04

    A monthly check-in, in person

We sit down every month and tune what Ava says — new treatments, new prices, the questions she got wrong. This is the part a self-serve app does not do.

This is the part you are really paying for.

More we build

The front desk is where we start, not where we stop.

Straight answer: the pieces marked “own project” were built by Solvewell to show what we can do, rather than commissioned by a client. We would rather tell you that than let you find out later.

Questions

The things owners actually ask.

Will my clients know it's AI?
Yes. Ava says so if anyone asks — she never pretends to be a person. In practice most callers just want an appointment and do not mind, but we are not going to lie to your clients on your behalf.
What if it makes a mistake?
Anything Ava cannot handle gets passed to you instead of guessed at. You can see every call she took and read what was said. At the monthly check-in we fix whatever she got wrong, so the same mistake does not happen twice.
Does it work with my booking system?
That depends on which one you use. Tell us on the call and we will check it properly before you pay anything — we would rather say no than promise an integration that does not exist.
What happens after the two free weeks?
If you want to keep it: $500 to set it up, then $299 a month. If you do not, we switch it off and you owe nothing. No contract, cancel whenever you like.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep the number on your door and your Google listing. We forward it, so nothing changes for the people already calling you.
Who actually sets this up?
Venijamin, in person, here in Palm Beach County. Not a support ticket and not an overseas team — one person who comes to your front desk and sets it up with you.
